Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website or book a consultation with the clinic.

Status of this page, and what booking a consultation means

This page is a draft placeholder. The text below is placeholder legal copy written to show the structure of a terms and conditions page. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The client will replace it in full with text prepared or approved by the clinic's legal adviser before it is treated as final.

## Booking a consultation is not a diagnosis

Booking a consultation through this website, or attending one, does not constitute a diagnosis and does not start a treatment. A diagnosis can only be made by the dermatologist after examining you in person and, where needed, after tests.

No treatment is guaranteed. Whether a treatment is appropriate, and what it can realistically achieve, is decided only after that examination. If a treatment is not suitable for you, the clinic will say so.

[Client to complete: the legal entity name that these terms are issued by, and the effective date of the final version.]

Results, prices and appointments

## Results vary from patient to patient

Medical and aesthetic dermatology outcomes are not identical between people. The result you get depends on your skin, your medical history, your hormones, your lifestyle, how consistently you follow the plan, and which treatment is chosen for you. A result shown to you is an example and not a promise of what you will get.

The clinic does not give a guaranteed result, does not promise a fixed number of sessions, and does not claim that any condition can be permanently cured.

## Prices, offers and promotions

Prices, offers and promotions are confirmed with you at the clinic. They can change, and a price shown on this website is not a fixed quotation unless the clinic has confirmed it in writing. Offers and promotions apply only while they are available and only on the terms the clinic states when they are offered.

## Moving or cancelling an appointment

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, please tell the clinic by phone or on WhatsApp. Please do it as early as you can, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

[Client to complete: the notice period for cancellations, any deposit and how it is handled, and what happens if an appointment is missed without notice.]

Use of this website, and the law that applies

## This website is for information

The content of this website is published for general information about skin concerns and the services the clinic offers. It does not replace an in-person assessment. Do not start, stop or change any treatment, and do not diagnose yourself, on the basis of what you read here.

If anything you read here conflicts with what the dermatologist tells you during your consultation, the consultation governs.

## Governing law

- Governing law: [Client to confirm: that these terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.]
- Jurisdiction: [Client to confirm: that the courts of Amman, Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute.]

These two fields are left open deliberately. The client confirms the final wording; this page does not assert a governing law or a court on the clinic's behalf.

Governing law and jurisdiction are to be confirmed by the clinic in the final version of this page.
