Dermal Fillers & Facial Contouring in Amman

Restore Balance. Enhance Proportion. Keep the Result Natural.

Dermal fillers can be used to restore volume, enhance facial proportions and improve selected features while preserving the natural character of the face.

At Nova Derma, treatment is planned according to your facial anatomy, proportions, volume distribution and individual goals — rather than using the same amount or injection pattern for everyone.

  • Lips
  • Cheeks
  • Chin
  • Jawline
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines

Facial Contouring Is About Balance — Not Simply Adding Volume

Sometimes filler is used to restore volume that has been lost. Sometimes the goal is to improve projection, proportion, symmetry or contour. And sometimes adding filler would not improve the face at all.

At Nova Derma, we assess the face as a whole before deciding where filler may help, how much is appropriate, and where treatment is better avoided.

The goal is better facial balance — not simply more filler.

Hyaluronic-Acid Filler Brands at Nova Derma

Depending on the treatment area, clinical indication and product availability, Nova Derma may use established hyaluronic-acid filler ranges such as Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Teosyal®, Stylage® and Belotero®.

The specific filler is selected according to facial anatomy, the treatment area, and the degree of softness, projection or structural support required.

  • Juvéderm®

    Hyaluronic acid filler

A hyaluronic acid filler range with several technologies and viscosities, chosen by the area being treated rather than by the syringe.

  • Restylane®

    Hyaluronic acid filler

A cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler in a range of consistencies, chosen by the area being treated rather than by the syringe.

  • Teosyal®

    Hyaluronic acid filler

A Swiss-manufactured hyaluronic acid filler range, considered for areas that need a firmer or more structured filler.

  • Stylage®

    Hyaluronic acid filler

A hyaluronic acid filler range that includes non-animal stabilised hyaluronic acid, considered for selected facial areas.

  • Belotero®

    Hyaluronic acid filler

A cohesive hyaluronic acid filler designed for fine lines and delicate facial areas, where a softer filler is appropriate.

Brand selection follows the treatment plan — not the other way around.

How Do Dermal Fillers Work?

Hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers are injected beneath the skin to add volume, support or definition where needed. Depending on the treatment area, fillers can help:

  • Enhance lip shape and volume
  • Restore cheek support
  • Improve chin projection
  • Define the jawline
  • Soften selected facial folds
  • Improve facial symmetry and proportion

The amount used is decided by what the area needs for balance and support — not by a fixed number of syringes.

Filler Is Not the Same Everywhere

Different facial areas need different product characteristics. A softer filler may be preferred for the lips, while areas such as the chin, cheeks or jawline may require greater structural support.

At Nova Derma, the filler type and amount are selected according to the treatment area, facial anatomy and desired result.

The goal is to add volume only where it improves facial balance.

Dermal Filler Treatments at Nova Derma

  • Lip Filler in Amman

Lip filler can be used to improve shape, definition, symmetry and volume while keeping the result proportionate to the rest of the face.

  • Cheek Filler

Cheek filler can restore or enhance mid-face support and contour, particularly when volume loss or flatness affects facial balance.

  • Chin Filler

Chin filler can improve projection, proportion and profile balance in selected patients.

  • Jawline Filler

Jawline filler can enhance definition and lower-face contour, depending on the patient's anatomy and treatment goals.

  • Other Areas

Dermal fillers may also be considered for selected concerns such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, facial asymmetry and volume loss.

The treatment plan is based on the face as a whole, not on filling every visible line.

Good filler treatment should improve proportion without making the face look overfilled.

Natural-Looking Filler Results

Natural-looking filler treatment starts with facial assessment, proportion and restraint.

At Nova Derma, we consider:
Facial shape and proportions
Existing volume and asymmetry
The feature being treated
How much correction is actually needed
How the result will look from the front and profile

The goal is not to make every feature larger. It is to improve balance, definition or support where appropriate.

More filler is not always better
Adding too much volume can distort facial proportions and make the result look heavy or unnatural. Treatment may be performed conservatively and reassessed before deciding whether additional filler is needed.

The best filler result should look like a better-balanced version of your face — not a different face.

What to Expect From Dermal Filler Treatment

  1. Facial Assessment

Your dermatologist assesses the treatment area, facial proportions, symmetry and the result you want to achieve.

  2. Treatment

Dermal filler is injected into selected areas using a needle or cannula, depending on the treatment plan. The amount used is based on what is needed for balance and support, not a fixed number of syringes.

  3. After Treatment

These usually improve gradually over the following days.

    • Swelling
    • Redness
    • Tenderness
    • Bruising
  • When Will I See the Result?

Some improvement is visible immediately, but swelling can temporarily affect the appearance. The result becomes easier to judge as the area settles over the following days to weeks.

  • How Long Do Fillers Last?

Dermal fillers are temporary. Duration varies depending on the product used, treatment area, amount injected and individual response.

The result should be judged after the filler has settled — not immediately after injection.

Am I a Candidate for Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers may be suitable if you want to:

  • Restore facial volume
  • Enhance lip shape or volume
  • Improve cheek or chin projection
  • Define the jawline
  • Improve facial proportion or symmetry

Treatment May Need to Be Modified or Postponed If There Is

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active infection or significant inflammation in the treatment area

Before treatment, tell your dermatologist about

Previous fillers or complications
Significant allergies
Medications and medical conditions
Any recent problems in the area being treated

Sometimes the best filler decision is not to inject.

Filler Safety

Dermal filler treatment should be planned and performed with careful attention to facial anatomy, product selection and injection technique.

Common temporary effects
Swelling
Bruising
Redness
Tenderness
These usually improve gradually over the following days.

Before treatment, your dermatologist reviews your medical history, previous filler treatments and the area being treated. Relevant risks, aftercare instructions and warning signs are discussed during the consultation and consent process.

Natural results matter — but safe treatment comes first.

Dermal Filler FAQ

How Much Filler Will I Need?

There is no fixed number of syringes for every patient. The amount depends on the treatment area, facial proportions, existing volume and the result you want to achieve. We prefer to add only what improves balance rather than treating to a predetermined amount.

Will Filler Make Me Look Overfilled?

It should not when treatment is appropriately planned. Overfilling usually happens when too much volume is added or when filler is placed without considering the face as a whole.

How Long Does Filler Last?

Dermal fillers are temporary. How long the result lasts varies according to the product, treatment area and individual patient.

Can Hyaluronic-Acid Filler Be Dissolved?

Yes. Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be broken down with hyaluronidase when clinically necessary.

Which Filler Brands Do You Use?

Depending on product availability and the treatment goal, Nova Derma may use Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Teosyal®, Stylage® and Belotero®. The specific product is selected according to the treatment area and the type of support, softness or projection required.

Is Lip Filler Painful?

You may feel brief discomfort during injection. Comfort measures vary depending on the product and treatment plan, and some fillers contain local anesthetic.

What If I Already Have Filler?

Tell your dermatologist what was injected, where, when and whether you had any previous problems. Existing filler may affect whether additional treatment is appropriate.

Is Filler Safe?

Dermal fillers are generally well tolerated when appropriately selected and administered. Temporary swelling, bruising or tenderness can occur after treatment. Your dermatologist will discuss the relevant risks and aftercare with you before treatment.

The goal is proportion, not maximum volume.

Considering Dermal Fillers?

Whether your goal is lip enhancement, cheek support, chin projection, jawline definition or restoring lost volume, the first step is a facial assessment.

At Nova Derma, filler treatment is planned around your anatomy, proportions and the result you want to achieve.
